I am Klara, a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance).


My self-practice of Yoga began five years ago, and has remained a constant, and fundamental aspect of my day-to-day since.


I teach Vinyasa Yoga, both online and in-person, group and one:one, within the Scottish Borders, Edinburgh and Glasgow, bringing to my teaching a warmth and calming nature.


With each class I teach, I work to enable you to cultivate a sense of ease within your body, mind, and breath, by providing a holistic approach to Yoga which incorporates, but importantly extends beyond, the asana (physical posture). 


I invite you to carve out a little space to nurture yourself, and to leave feeling vibrant.
