Integrating a One:One class into your practice creates the space for you to work intentionally with your body, mind, and breath.
Prior to our first practice together you will recieve a free consultation session via zoom, ensuring each practice is tailored for the present needs of your body, mind, and breath.
One:One practices provide a supportive space for those new to yoga to begin their exploration prior to a group class.
