Primarily, I teach Vinyasa Yoga, in which asanas (physical postures), amongst other yogic practices, are used as a means of drawing ourselves closer to a state of Yoga (the slowing down of our monkey minds!).

Yogas citta vrtti nirodhah*.

Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuations of the mind.


Within each class, I will guide you through the use of props, modifications, and variations to ensure the class remains accessible to all, whilst providing a supportive space in which you can choose to challenge yourself and your practice.


Alongside asanas (physical postures), classes will draw from and integrate intentionality, pranayama (breath work practices), meditation, mudras (gestures), bandhas (energetic locks), shatkriyas (cleansing techniques), sanksrit chants, and yogic philosophy
